About Us

Lu Pancini is a pioneering figure in the Toronto wellness scene, known for previously establishing The House of Yoga in the city. Her yoga classes are designed to deepen relaxation, mindfulness, and body awareness.

Through her teaching, Lu Pancini has fostered a community where individuals can explore new dimensions of their yoga practice, heal, and connect on a deeper level.

During the pandemic, Lu Pancini made the difficult decision to close The House of Yoga, as the global crisis affected many businesses, especially those in wellness and fitness. After closing her business, she moved to Brazil, where she spent time deepening her practice and exploring new wellness modalities. This period of reflection and growth inspired her next venture.

In Brazil, Pancini established The Flower of Life, a wellness concept that aligned with her holistic approach to healing and community. She eventually brought Flower of Life to Toronto after the pandemic, offering both yoga and Thai massage. Flower of Life now serves as a vibrant wellness business, hosting classes at various locations around the city and providing a variety of services that reflect her evolving vision, combining ancient healing arts with modern approaches to mindfulness and self-care.

Through this transition, Lu Pancini continues to be a leader in the wellness community, building on her experience with holistic wellness and expanding her impact with Flower of Life.

Lu Pancini and her husband, Gabriel Prado, are the heart and soul of Flower of Life, where they serve as the main teachers. Together, they have created a special wellness business that integrates various yoga practices, offering a unique approach to wellness and spiritual growth.

In addition to their specialized yoga offerings at different venues throughout Toronto, they provide Yoga Teacher Training (YTT), Thai massage training, and art classes, fostering a holistic environment for personal development. With their combined expertise and passion, Lu and Gabriel have built a community that embraces both ancient traditions and modern healing practices, making Flower of Life a one-of-a-kind wellness experience in Toronto.
