Chair Yoga for Seniors

Mondays 1:00 PM

$50 for 11 Weeks starting April 7
This gentle chair yoga class provides a supportive way to build flexibility, strength, and balance without needing to get on the floor. With seated and standing options using the chair for stability, each pose can be easily adapted to meet the needs of your body.

Yoga in the Park!

Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:00 - 8:30 PM

By Donation - give what you can, receive what you need
We gather at 7:00 to share a smoke - practice starts sharp at 7:30. Come early, settle in, and lift off together.

Tuesdays - Ganja Guest Teachers. Every Tuesday, I invite friends to guide unique sessions in Yoga and Movement. Each week is a surprise - new energy, new flow.

Thursdays - Ganja Yoga with Lu or Gabriel
Drop into your body with steady, grounding sessions led by Lu or Gabriel. Expect breath, connection, and deep presence.

Courses

Thai Massage Training

Learn the ancient tradition of Thai Massage in our course which teaches techniques for applying pressure, stretching, and rhythmic compression to release tension and improve flexibility. Thai Massage focuses on energy lines in the body, called sen lines, blending acupressure with assisted yoga-like stretches for relaxation and healing.

Yoga Teacher Training

Our Yoga Teacher Training course provides in-depth instruction on yoga philosophy, anatomy, postures, and teaching techniques. It prepares participants to lead yoga classes confidently, while deepening their personal practice and understanding of yoga.

Hatha Yoga for Seniors

Mondays 2:15 PM

$50 for 11 Weeks starting April 7
This class offers a welcoming space for older adults to increase flexibility, improve balance, and find peace through mindful movement. Our experienced instructors adapt traditional poses to accommodate all mobility levels, creating a supportive environment where seniors can strengthen their bodies and calm their minds at their own pace.
