Advanced Hatha Yoga

Chair Yoga for Seniors

This gentle chair yoga class provides a supportive way to build flexibility, strength, and balance without needing to get on the floor. With seated and standing options using the chair for stability, each pose can be easily adapted to meet the needs of your body.

Thai Massage Training

Learn the ancient tradition of Thai Massage in our course which teaches techniques for applying pressure, stretching, and rhythmic compression to release tension and improve flexibility. Thai Massage focuses on energy lines in the body, called sen lines, blending acupressure with assisted yoga-like stretches for relaxation and healing.

Our Yoga Teacher Training course provides in-depth instruction on yoga philosophy, anatomy, postures, and teaching techniques. It prepares participants to lead yoga classes confidently, while deepening their personal practice and understanding of yoga.
