Our Philosophy

The challenge we find we face during Yoga is the challenging of ourselves - finding our limitations of the breath, relaxing there and see how those challenges are faced.

For Yoga is a suppression of the instability of the mind. When we suppress the instability and reach this deep silence, we can contemplate our own nature. But in our daily life, we are susceptible to a lot of external influences making it hard to perceive that ultimate state of contemplation amidst the noise and distractions that surround us. This is when we use Yoga as a tool that can help us suppress instability and relieve the tensions of the agitated mind.

All the techniques of Yoga that we use on the body is to help improve our own meditation states. Because, just to sit and meditate can be difficult. Through Yoga, if we bring energy, light, and strength to the body - the mind will follow too.

We can choose to use the body then, as a tool to reach an attentive and present state of the mind. All the body work we do is not just to gain muscles, but to refine our capability, to be aware in presence, where we contemplate more subtle aspects of our reality, bringing balance and harmony to our actions.
